SoulMate Saturday: Dear Future Spouse 12/02/2023

My Darling Future Spouse,

As I sit here, my heart swells with eager anticipation for the day when our lives will intertwine, and we will create beautiful memories together. One of the things I am most excited about is the joy we will share, especially during those carefree moments of impromptu musical concerts in the car.

I can already envision us driving down sunlit roads, windows down, and the wind playing in our hair. Our favorite songs will fill the air, and our laughter will harmonize with the music. Zephaniah 3:17 reminds me that the Lord Himself will rejoice over us with singing. I can't wait for our hearts to be so full of happiness that we can't help but burst into song, singing praises to God and reveling in the beauty of the moment.

In those joyful car rides, time will seem to stand still, and we will be free to be ourselves, completely and utterly, as we let go of any worries or burdens. Our laughter will echo, and our souls will dance to the rhythm of love. In those moments, I know that our connection will deepen, and we will find solace in each other's presence.

Through laughter and song, we will create a home within our hearts where joy will always reside. Proverbs 15:13 reminds us that "A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit." I want to fill our days with laughter, to lift each other up, and to be a source of unwavering joy for you.

My beloved, I dream of discovering your favorite tunes and singing them along with you, no matter how off-key we may be. I can't wait to see the twinkle in your eyes when I surprise you with a serenade, or when you serenade me, filling my soul with warmth and love.

As we bond over shared melodies and harmonies, our hearts will grow closer, and our love will flourish. With Christ as the conductor of our love story, we will be unstoppable, overcoming any challenges that come our way, singing our way through the highs and lows of life.

Until that day arrives, I will keep my heart tuned to the joy that awaits us. I will pray for you and for our future together, asking God to bless our journey and to prepare us to embrace each other's quirks and laughter.

I eagerly await the day when you arrive in my life, and together, we will create a symphony of love, laughter, and music that will resonate throughout eternity.
